How to Delete Your Account

What we store

At vie we take security seriously. The only sensitive personal details stored about you is your email address and name. Only your name is shared with other people within your organisation or club.

We also store match results which are viewable by anybody in the club when participating in a non-hidden club competition. Nobody from outside your club or organisation can see your match results.

   

If you wish to delete your account

First click on the home button:

Open the profile menu

Click on the Profile button:

View profile menu

Here you will see the profile screen where you can do various actions:

  • View personal information
  • Sign-out of vie
  • Delete all personal data

How to delete

Pressing Delete account will delete all data.

All completed matches will be redacted.

If you change your mind you would need to sign-up to vie again however your matches will not be linked with your account.
